SHINYASEKI KITA COAT

The Kita coat is architecture in motion. Cut from substantial 100% cotton with an almost fleece-like softness on the reverse, it is constructed from a puzzle of individually cut pieces, joined at shifting angles almost like a cocoon. The oversized cowl collar folds and collapses around the neck, and the dolman sleeves extend volume through the body. The fabric is woven into this abstract colors, this is not a print.

• Sculptural scarf collar
• Double front zipper made a dark silver metal
• Two flat side pockets with zipper closures
• Multi-panel construction with diagonal seaming
• Dolman/batwing sleeves
• Cocoon silhouette
• Slightly asymmetrical, shorter in front
• Off-center back slit

• Soft, almost fleece-like interior
• One size (fits XS to L differently)
• Made in Japan

Why we chose it?

Ooof, this is the kinda coat we love. Strange enough to make you look twice, but completely stylish and effortless. And the zipper hardware? Heavy, industrial, GORGEOUS. Throw it on for your morning walk and over a long black dress for a dinner outing.
