Refund policy

We love what we sell and we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

ONLINE ORDERS - Eligible items may be returned or a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery for another item or a refund to the original form of payment.

IN-PERSON PURCHASE - Eligible items may be returned or a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery for another item or a store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and/or original boxes attached. 
  • All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted

 

Final Sale Items (no returns or exchanges):

  • Sale items, Discounted items (via promo code) and Gift cards
  • Footwear and Jewelry 
  • Leather items (bags, wallets, wearable leather pieces) 

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Please contact us at info@lilithefirst.com to initiate your return before sending anything back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure a safe arrival. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns may also be made in person at one of our physical store locations.
