The Charme dress by Sandrine Philippe is a masterpiece of texture and construction. It is build by three tiers of distinct fabrics: the top tier is a button-down structured, made of a smooth cotton with raw edges. The second layer is a hand made knit, light as a feather and asymmetrically cut, longer at the back. The third tier is a paneled skirt structure, made of crinkled cotton.

Why we chose it?

It's a gala dress, without screaming "I am a gala dress". The different textures create a rich movement. The tiers structure in different shades of the same colors is elongating the body. The handmade details like the raw edges, the unique buttons and uneven knit makes you feel it was made especially for you in a small atelier in Paris, which is all true!

We usually say that everyone can wear everything, it's a matter of personality and attitude. In this case, you might need some height, natural or heels, doesn't matter. It would not be recommended to shorten that dress (not more than 4" at least) in order to keep the proportions and fabric weigh.
A large cuff and statement rings are probably the best accessories for this dress.
