SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We offer a free shipping (Yay!!) in all 50 States and DC.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS ground or an equivalent service. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once we have packed your order you will receive a notification with the tracking number and follow up emails from the shipping company on package status.

Customers are responsible for a returned order shipping charges.

IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local DMV customers. Simply leave us a comment for in-store pickup at Checkout  along with your phone number and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 3 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently unavailable at this time.

We understand each designer is a free spirit and has a different sizing guide. We are happy and available to answer questions about sizing, fit, material and style before completing your purchase. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

LiLi The First will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with all original tags on and garments unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged. Online purchases within 7 days of receiving the package.  

Upon receival of the returned item, STORE CREDIT will be issued.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items, Discounted items (via promo code) and Gift cards
• Footwear and Jewelry 
• Leather items (bags, wallets, wearable leather pieces) 
• Limited edition pieces - will be indicated in the item description section
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We highly recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure a safe arrival.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
