This fabric is 100% Japanese cotton, treated with a controlled acid-wash process that selectively melts the threads, creating irregular perforations across the surface. The result is a textured, distressed effect with raw openings that feel intentional and architectural rather than torn—each hole slightly different, giving the fabric depth, air, and movement. Despite the destruction technique, the base cotton remains soft, breathable, and structured, holding its shape while revealing what’s beneath.

The buttons are distressed metal, deliberately aged to echo the fabric’s raw character. Their matte, worn finish adds weight and contrast to the fragile surface, grounding the look with an industrial edge.
