So many option!!! Wear as shown or you can wear it as vest: over a white button-down blouse with a nice collar or a black turtleneck. Than, you can turn it around to have the ruffle on the back and the buttons in teh front: completely buttoned up for a round neck or open a couple of buttons and fold it in.
